On a Chinese Kick (January 18)

Bourbon Chicken! I didn't have one ingredient (apple juice) so I replaced it with orange juice... and I think that made it too spicy. At least Ludwig liked it!

1) bourbon chicken is not chinese. 2) bourbon chicken makes a really delicious risotto. :)

Oops... well you can get it at the chinese "restaurants" at the mall!

Actually it is Chinese. Drunken chicken is a quite popular dish in the Chinese kitchen. The bourbon version is just an adaption from it. :)
